How to Manifest Using Your Feminine Energy

How to Manifest Using Your Feminine Energy

As a process of giving birth to our ideas and desires, manifesting should be easy for women. However, deep wounds from generations of collective disconnection made us believe that hustling and trying to be like someone else was the only way to fulfillment. But this only creates a repetitive cycle of hope and frustration that drains our precious energy and self-esteem.

In this post, you will learn why manifesting is primarily an expression of feminine energy, and how the healing of feminine wounds can allow your manifestations to take form.

I have been practicing conscious manifestation for years, and I gradually could see my intentions taking physical form, mirroring the progress of my inner work. I realized that being a deliberate creator involves releasing fears and developing trust.

I created a guide to help you put into practice the concepts I discuss here, called Goddess Awakening: Manifest Your Dream Life. It is a free resource. If you want to go further in your inner work, there is an online course that may be beneficial for you.

Manifesting is Primarily Feminine Energy

Manifestation is the creative process of bringing your intentions into physical reality. The secret in this process is to set a desire and let the universe guide you to realization. This is why manifesting is called the art of allowing. As you can see, it is feminine energy.

By trying to make things happen, we often delay or obstruct the concretization of the very thing we most want. Chasing and overworking to make it happen is based on a lack of trust.

Manifesting is easy when we are in connection with who we are.
Take time to stay in silence and present. It allows attunement to your soul, bringing clarity about your life’s purpose and what fulfills you. This is also the space where inspiration to action is born.

As everything is a whole, manifestation has a masculine counterpart. This is the action part, which, when in alignment with the feminine, is inspired action.

Born from the connection with our Higher self, an inspired action is pleasure instead of pain and struggle. It is the perfect marriage between the feminine and masculine inside ourselves.
This is the state of flow.

In this way, life can be a reality full of abundant possibilities.

However, to move from collective conditioning to our natural state of being, we need to face the wounds that often impede our manifestations.

Many of these wounds are related to the experience of being a woman at this evolutionary point in humanity and hinder the healthy expression of our feminine energy.

Overcoming Feminine Wounds Allows Your Manifestations

Overcome Feminine Wounds Allow Your Manifestations

Manifestation is a process of gestation and giving birth. And this is natural for the feminine. The gift of being a woman is the possibility to feel in our physical bodies that we are the Source of Creation. Our relationship with our bodies is extremely important, and projections of shame, guilt, and experiences of violation create disconnection.

Negative feelings, such as shame, drain the person’s energy. This depletion of energy creates a sense of lack, which makes the person feel helplessness, despair, and self-hate. It is a real feeling of being out of your power (life force or energy).

This disconnection from our bodies and our Higher Self prevents our manifestations from being aligned with who we are and causes us to seek external validation instead of looking within.

That is why it is crucial to cultivate a healthy self-image and connection with our feminine energy and release negative projections about being a woman and the value of feminine energy.

We are all in a great collective process of change towards balance. It is essential to go through your individual process of healing and self-knowledge, which involves clearing negative feelings and beliefs and overcoming traumas.

Feminine Inner Work

Feminine Inner Work

The feminine inner work involves developing a healthy connection with our bodies, including inner rhythms and sexual energy, along with a psychological process of self-awareness and individuation.

Additionally, to manifest positive experiences, it is important to overcome the tendency to expect the worst from people and situations by freeing yourself from the past and embracing your creative power (to create your reality) in the present.

There are two fundamental steps in this process: setting boundaries and nourishing yourself.

• Setting Boundaries

Instead of trying to adapt to environments and relationships that are not for your best, start actively creating your world by having clarity of your values and sticking to your high standards. Don’t let others drain your energy, and I can say from my experience that there are many subtle ways in which it can happen. But your inner guidance and commitment to your healing will show you when you should set boundaries. You will just need to have the courage to do it.

• Nourishing Yourself

Experiences of abuse and exploitation of feminine energy cause women to close themselves off from receiving, as there is a lack of trust and an expectation that negative experiences will be repeated.

Finding your balance in this case begins with the awareness that being nourished involves being connected to our Higher Self, being able to self-nourish, and developing nourishing relationships.

Your Higher Self is your true nature and is eternal. Recognizing the voice of our Higher Self makes us realize the divine within us, which brings comfort in difficult times and certainty that everything will always work out for the highest good. It makes us trust that even what we can not see or completely understand today will be seen in the big picture if we trust the process. We can feel we are on the right path, and it brings us peace.

Self-nourishing is closely related to the sense of self-worth.
It means taking care of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs.
You can improve your self-nourishment by developing a loving sense of self, a feeling that you deserve to receive good things, and that it is in your hands the power to bring you the nourishment that is already yours. Self-nourishing is self-care.

Another way the universe brings us nourishment is through relationships. Difficulty in allowing yourself to receive through relationships blocks the process of healthy co-creation, which involves encounters that provide emotional nourishment and inspiration to create.

To overcome this, it is important to learn to set healthy boundaries as already explained, and start consciously practicing receiving good things from other people, always listening to your intuition. It could be a compliment, help carrying a purchase, or a gift. Develop the ability to receive without feeling guilty or that you have to do something in return, allow yourself to just breathe and feel comfortable and grateful.
You will realize that your openness to receive and your energy of appreciation are nourishing for the other person and that everything is okay.

Nourishing yourself and opening to life is a daily process of rebuilding trust, helped by your connection with your inner guidance.

Inner Work in Practice

Inner Work in Practice

An important aspect of manifesting is believing that what you want is possible. I will share what I did to deal with doubt and disbelief, and hope it can help you if it is your case.

I knew what I wanted but didn’t believe it was possible on a visceral level, even though my mind knew it was possible.

I wrote my manifestation anyway, and through contemplating my notes, I realized the beliefs and feelings that I needed to clear.

By writing them down, I became more conscious of these limiting beliefs and feelings and started the process of releasing them.

After a few months, when I went back to read the manifestation and the related limiting beliefs and feelings,  I realized that many of them no longer made sense; they didn’t resonate with my body anymore, so I knew I had overcome them.

At some point, there were no more negative beliefs, and I started to focus on the positive, on feeling what it would be like, and at that moment, creating a vision board made sense for me.

Sometimes, before following the classic manifestation tips, you need to do some inner work.

Your Masculine Counterpart: Inspired Action

Feminine Energy Manifestation: Inspired Action

For your actions to be inspired when making your manifestations tangible, you need to develop a deep relationship with your inner guidance and your body and feelings.

Start to notice the times when you made decisions in alignment with your Higher Self and the impact this had on your life. Develop discernment and familiarity with what is inspired action, as opposed to action driven by fear, a sense of obligation, or any other feeling that can be your pattern of external conditioning.

As you create positive experiences as a result of your inner work and conscious manifestation, your self-confidence grows, and it increases your vibration and attracts even better experiences. This is what we all want and deserve because it is our natural state.

Let this affirmation be your mantra:

I am protected by the vibration of unconditional love, and I can manifest, so it is safe to be with open arms. Only what is good and healthy will reach me.

Now, it is time to practice. Get your manifestation guide and start creating a new reality for yourself!
